  1. It's always "human."  But there are different stages of being--sperm and egg, blastocyst, embryo, fetus, baby, toddler, child, teenager, and adult.

Or are you asking about "viability"?

  2. When the egg is fertilized.

  3. When the heart is beating!!

  4. When the "embryo" graduates to "fetus".

A female egg and a male sperm is just as alive as a embryo at conception yet people don't seem to mind the loss of them.

  5. At the time of conception.

  6. From the moment of conception.

    Here's why:

When a couple finds out they have conceived a child and, tells those closest to them, they never say 'we are going to have a fetus'.  They say 'we are going to have a baby'.

  7. at conception but I consider a heart beat to be more of a confirmation

  8. CONCEPTION!!!

  9. At conception!

  10. At conception

  11. When it comes out and takes its first breath. Until then it's just a fetus.

Go ahead, give me thumbs down.
