When do you get a Life card on the game Life twist and turns?

Look in the colour insert.  It tells you when to get a Life Card (mostly on blank spaces).  The colour insert helps a lot!

you dont even know what ur talking about. When you land on any blank space, you pick one up. You can also pick them up if you land on a car or house space and don't wish to buy or sell one, then you pick one up. 100% positive.
