When do you get the text from stevie ?

like before, During, or After the mission "smackdown"? Because i just beat tht mission and no msg from stevie yet!

You need to complete "No. 1" and "Smackdown".  Once they are both completed you will receive the text from Stevie.  It is about 6 game hours after completion when he contacts you.  The car theft missions are in random order and each text typically arrives about 6 game hours after supplying a requested car.
