When you earn the required points.

Start answering questions to your limit and voting for 'Undecided Questions" as well.

Since you're in Level 2 you can only answer 20 questions which will give you 2 points and also you're allowed to vote for 20 undecided questions which gives you 1 point.

You need 250 points to be in Level 2. You can earn those points today by answering and voting questions to your limit and earn a total of 60 points giving you 254.

So what you're waiting for hurry!

It was last year... January I guess.

And you need to have 250 points to get to Level 2.

Just answer as many questions as you can and if you've reached for your daily limit in answering questions, then just vote for the Undecided Questions. And keep your fingers crossed to hope that your answers would be picked as Best Answers so you'll get extra points.
