  1. Mould it now. Make sure it fits well; when it is in your mouth forming, hold it down against the teeth, keep a little pressure over all of it against your teeth, but not too hard, and don't be afraid to do it more than once.

Kudos for useing a mouthguard. Best protection out there.

  2. do it when you get to get because youn should do it twice.

its to get the outline of the shape of your teeth

the do it agin to get a proper fit

  3. as soon as you buy it, most of them you put in warm water for a few seconds and then put in your mouth to mould

  4. do it when you buy it so that you can get used to it being in ur mouth. because it is a foreign object the mouth guard can sometimes gag you if you are not used to it. then if you need to you can cut off edges the stick into your gums and are uncomfortable. you can mould it before a game, but it is better to do it when the mouth guard is bought.

  5. Don't wait until the last minute, in case you don't get it right and have to buy a new one.

  6. i have been playing it for ages and had plenty of mudguards

when you buy it, so you can get the feel of it in your mouth rite and do it doesn't rub on your gums

  7. Usually after you buy it, you do want to leave these kind of things til the last minute, because you really need a mouth guard to play aha

  8. do it when you buy it
