When do you start applying for colleges?

Through the great grape vine, I heard that you apply during the summer of senior year. But I was talking to my aunt and she said start applying right now (I'm a junior.)

Is there any specific time to start applying for colleges? (Like maybe after I take the ACT?)

early in the fall you could start now but definently before november the earlier you start the more time you have to prepare and you will find out if your accepted a lot earlier. Trust just go ahead and start doing it you will be glad you did. If your still not sure talk to your guidance counsler at your high school. Good Luck.
