When do you stop eating your carbs?

Carbs are obviously bad for you if you eat them late, but how late? I've been getting a lot of different answers from different people, some say 2-3 hours before bed, others say eat carbs only in the first half of your day. When should I stop eating my carbs?

  1. I would stop eating them 2-3 hours before bed.  My personal trainer told me that I was not eating often enough during the day and that I should eat a small snack between dinner time and bed time but to make sure it was the healthiest thing I ate all day.  

    So far that has been good advice.


  2. ~ I follow the rule, no food after 8:00pm.
