He struggled early in the season with command problems and was sent to AAA Iowa. He got injured while in AAA, and he's recovering from his injury. He was the number 4 pitcher for the Cubs and now he's not even the number 4 pitcher for the AAA Iowa Cubs. He's been rehabbing in Arizona.

  1. I wouldnt expect him to return anytime soon

Most of his last starts in A ball have been terrible

The soonest we would see him if at all is in September during September callups and most likely in the bullpen

  2. When the 3 legged cows come home

  3. HE WILL NEVER RETURN DUDE???????

  4. Not sure if he will contribute this season; the rotation is pretty solid right now anyway.  The most important thing for Hill is that he throws strikes, which he has been doing better at lately in the minors.  When he returns to 2007 form, he's a much better option then Marquis and a rotation of Zambrano, Harden, Dempster, Lilly, and Hill is scary.

  5. I'd like to see him get his stuff together & get back up to the BIGS sometime this season but it will probably be next season. he has (had) some nasty stuff & I had high hopes for him to get back on the "hill"

  6. as soon as you shut your mouth
