There's so much hype going on about the predicted 7.8 (?) magnitude earthquake that will hit Southern California. Being an East-coaster for basically most of my life, I haven't been through any major earthquakes. And well, there HAS been 20 mini earthquakes in Nevada in the past 12 hours. And also, there is a scheduled "drill" set for Nov. 13th in SoCal, I'm hoping it won't be too late? So tell me, when do YOU think the earthquake will hit? Just guesstimate.

  1. Since 1994's Northridge 'quake, I've been expecting another 'big' one before 2015. Having lived in SoCal all my life, the pattern of large 'quakes seems to be one every 20-25 years. Also, they tend to occur in the early part of the year. Perhaps 12-21-12 isn't too soon...

  2. When you least expect it and/or when most inconvenient!
