  1. Sensex rise as people take interest in company, and now company is performing well, so they earning so their share market price increase, so sensex increase,

only if the indian company wont get projects and work, then??????????

  2. Simple when FII's or Foreign Instituitional Investors stop pumping funds in the Sensex. This will happen only if they find more attractive emerging markets or interest rates in the USA rise dramatically. Both these situations are unlikely in the immediate future so I tell you the Bull run is here to stay.So Enjoy!!!!

  3. The present bull run has two important factors in it: Performance and Liquidity. When we say performance, the companies and the economy have been doing very well, but the valuations, as per experts, have gone much ahead of companies' performance. However, economy is still projecting a very good growth path and getting endorsements from all over. This factor is pumping in lot of liquidity into the system and the stock market is going beyond wild imaginations. First foreign liquidity then domestic liquidity through retail and MFs and again foreign funds queuing up. With comparative growth prospects almost negligible in developed economies and the investors looking at new avenues, India with the help of Indians working abroad showing their calibre, has become an obvious choice for investment.

In short, there seems to be no let up in the next 2-3 years and with minor breathers, sensex would be going north. The situation need to be reviewed periodically and adjustments required in between and thereafter.
