When do you usually do it?

Do you usually take your bath or shower in the morning or night?

I like my shower before I go to bed, and in the morning too. So, I take 2 showers a day.  Poppy

Both, but prefer evenings. I love climbing into a bed of clean sheets and getting all snuggly. ahhhh

Just before bed in the winter and a lot of times morning and night in the summer.  According to what I've been doing and how sweaty I've been.Since taking cancer medicine meds and having scarcoidosis I sweat most the time and it's so bad it drips off my nose, so I do shower a lot now. Yea I know, a lady doesn't swear---------she perspires.  Well I can tell you----------I definately sweat with this stuff I have.  Believe me.

I shower at night so I can sleep.  I can't sleep if I am sweaty.

Shower in the AM  to get myself ready to start the day. However depending on what I've been doing during the day or evening, I might take one at other times too. Sure don't want to sit around sweaty after working the the garden!

Mostly in the morning. It helps to wake me up and at my age,I need all the help I can get. If I shower before going to bed,I usually wake up looking like Medusa and it scares the cat.

I shower in the morning to get myself awake and before bed because it helps me relax to fall asleep. I don't know why the same action works differently at different times but it does.

I always take a shower at night as I sweat so much during the day while I am working. By the time that I come in from working out here, my clothes are so wet that you could wring water out of them. When I get up in the morning I will wipe a wet rag over my face and then get busy outside again.

I prefer having it at night, that way you keep all the bedding nice and clean. A quick wash in the morning will do for me.

Well for me this is a treat - I am homebound and have an aide and a nurse that come daily - so usually about 1:00 pm.   I feel like a new woman after that!              CJ
