When does Daylight saving start?

- when does the sun set during daylight saving hours (winter seasons)?

1) sun set always changes every day after the winter solstice we get approx6 mins more sun every till beginning of July then we start to lose 6 min of sun every day until the winter solstice

2) Saskatchewan is the only province in Canada that does not have day light savings change over

Ask George Bush.He changed things to accommodate a longer daylight savings,thinking it would conserve energy.

This year Daylight Saving Time starts on March 9. Usually, DST is from April to October but starting this year I believe it's from March to November. Supposedly, the government did this as a way to save more energy. I really think they did it to steal an hour of sleep for eight months(LOL). Sorry, I can't answer the first part of your question.
