He will be unable to ride in Great Britain until after his trial, which, I think, is set for September 2007.

He should have just come to the end of his 6 month ban for testing positive for cocaine after a sample was taken in France in November 2006, so he may well be back in the saddle in Ireland and France in the next few weeks or so.

If there is any justice he will not. He should be used as an example to all up and coming jockies that you do not mess with the unsavoury side of racing.
