When does Kid Nation 2 start? When does the next Amazing Race start?

There was a first Kid Nation in Bonanza City, so when does the 2nd one start? I mean, why wouldn't they do a second one?

Amazing Race is an awesome tv show, so when does the next one start?

I have not seen nor heard an announcement as to when either or both of these shows will reappear, however I don't think it will be too much longer.
