my ps3 broke its been about a week and i still haven't recieved my shipping box

  1. don't worry, it takes about 2-3 weeks for you to recvive the box if you called them for one.  


  2. It doesn't take that long at all. If it's been a week you need to call them. Sony usually sends you an email with the tracking number to track the box. You better call them!
