When does a boy's p***s stop growing?

I just been doing some personal research since I am in love with a guy & I've heard that he is small & he tries to be mean to be since I love him. I do beleive he's scared to have s*x & go out with girls for long relationships because of it being small... any ideas.

The average is 4-8 Inches, Some guys are Self-Conscious, just like Girls can be self-conscious about thier b***s,bodies, and weight. Would size matter to you? just talk to him about and ask him to be honest.

Don't worry about it.  If you really love him size should not matter to you.  Just as long as he has nuts he's cool.  Don't make him feel uncomfortable about it... Guys hate when you talk about size....

it stops growing at usually 21, but if he is really small chances are he won't get alot bigger...meaning he won't ever have a p**n star p***s. But there are other ways for him to enjoy s*x and for you to enjoy it with him. just make him feel comfortable about his size, pay alot of attention to it and touch it so that he doesn't focus on how small it is. i have been with men with very small penises and u always find a way fro it to work if you want it to.
