The site just has this say about it, "The all-new AFL Dream Team launches soon for Season 2008! You can Register your Interest below to be notified as soon as it is open for 2008 registration and team entry." Sorry I that I couldn't find an exact date.

The Herald Sun Supercoach just send out invites, and if you played Dream Team last season you will be sent an invite soon. I think last year it started with invites about 2 weeks before the season.
