I always miss cheerleading competitions on TV because they are randomly on ESPN (and other stations but mostly ESPN). Your best bet would be to check to cheer company websites (like www.varsity.com because Varsity handles most major cheer companies). From that link, I found the UCA competitions online and you can watch bits of different routines, including ones that didn't make the cut to get on TV.
