when does customer service actually end?

is it when they leave the store, or after they purchase the product or never?

Hey what type of business - customer should be always happy with the service so you can happily pass on their name !

Some products last longer - say a car for the life of a car lol but maybe the customer service is not free! is that what you are looking for from that question?

Say a hamburger - the life of the hamburger and to always offer great customer service this visit and every return visit.
