i need to know when dears season starts in Allegeny County, Pittsburgh... and where can i get a nice 12 gauge and take Hunter Safety Courses at..thanks

Generally around Oct Nov, bc it depends on if it has antlers or not and what weapon you use apparently.  Try here:
