He actually left a long time ago!  But the actual date he will no longer be president is January 20th, 2009.  Historically, the president and his family start to move out of the White House after Christmas, to allow the new family to be in their new home by the 20th.  Who knows if George will do the same thing others have done.  Up to now, he has not!
