When does puberty stop?

when do effects stop or when does it slow down, examples would be good please.

I think it's between 17 till 19

For males 17-21 depending on diet, fitness, genes and health issues.

I know a guy who had his puberty delayed because he had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome through his early teens. He is much shorter than everyone else, only just started shaving at 19 and his voice only broke at 17.

Puberty is different with everyone.  It could go on till your 20 or stop at 16.  But generally most boys are "fully developed" by 19.  Any significant changes usually occur before 18
