When does the 2008/9 NBA Fantasy leagues start? ?

trying to figure out when I can create one for myself and some friends. but I can't get an clear, or foggy dates. I would assume it's sometime near the beginning of the season. but when?

i'd start looking around the end of the 2nd week in September, last year Yahoo opened the leagues September 20th or 21st. I run a fantasy sports group & went back to check the posts in my groups. I usually have a low league id number & had my leagues opened on the 21st
