When does the Midland County Fair 2008 start?

I can't find the date. On the radio it said either the 3rd or the 1st but I couldn't tell.

If this isn't it, you have to tell what state it's in because their might be 2 county fairs with the same name in 2 different states. It has happend before. This is in Michigan.
