French cosmetics giant Sephora, which has seven stores in Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary and Edmonton, is moving into Quebec. It will open 5,500-square-foot stores at Fairview Shopping Centre in Pointe Claire and at Promenades St. Bruno on June 13. Next year, it will open outlets at Carrefour Laval and Place Ste. Foy in Quebec City. The multinational has 700 stores worldwide. Montreal-based Sephora Canada wants to open 10 stores annually over the next five years and downtown Montreal is an early target
