When does the disneyland holiday start?

We are planning to go on November 17th

Will everything be christmas themed by then?

If not when will they be?

Almost all, if not all of the decorations will be up. Small World is not slated to reopen until the 27th or the 29th. Holiday Parade could have started that week, but more likely the week after.

Yup they put up decorations immediatley after halloween. Haunted mansion holiday will be open and i think it's a small world will be too. Dont know about the parade or fireworks though.  I'd assume they'd be showing by then.

You are right in the transition time between Halloween and Christmas.  This year they won't really start the Christmas decorations until Nov 3rd(except for Haunted Mansion Holiday which will already be running).  

They generally have everything up by Veterans Day weekend, but don't start the full holiday entertainment to the weekend before Thanksgiving.  So you may miss the Christmas Parade and Fireworks by a couple of days.  The schedule for November will be posted around late September and you can get a better idea of the exact dates at that time.
