liverpool will definitely not be selling torres, especially at the prospect of pairing him and keane together upfront.

as for ronaldo, i think that the fact that $$$ has gotten into his head and there is little reason to retain him unless he openly pledges his loyalty (nowadays a premium) to man utd.

villa is definitely a trasfer target for many big clubs after his performance in euro 2008. i would love to see him at arsenal or man utd (but i reckon fergie is in the market ot get a more creative forward aka berbatov).

The transfer window closes on August 30th 2008, only reopen next Jan, Torres definitely stay put, for Ronaldo and villa could be going. This is the dateline not Sep 1.

I would say that Torres will certainly be wearing Liverpool red come the start of the season. There is no way Liverpool will be letting him go and he seems happy enough to stay there.

Ronaldo, nobody knows. If he goes it will be the largest transfer fee ever. It is a bit of a tug of war between Real and Man U at the mo. We'll have to see who blinks first. I could see him staying but we could also see him at Madrid. This saga has had so many different quotes coming from everywhere that the water is very murky. If i had to bet he'd stay in manchester.

Villa has been touted as a transfer target for many clubs due to his quality and the financial problems at Valencia, his sale would help but he'd be a huge loss. After the euros his value has only gone up. If the right bid comes in he'll be gone, but to where is anybodys guess. He'll be steep but not the same figure as either of the other players. If adebayor were to leave arsenal he could go there, or Chelsea could be another destination.
