When does the sales in USA start? I want to go there for shopping.?

I am going to USA as a tourist. I am a fan of shopping. I like to find big sales.Please help me.

The US dollar is not doing so well against most of the major currencies - so you'll have a sale on just about everything if you are converting Euros/Pound Sterling into USD.

If not, a lot of sales go on near the end of summer - when kids are heading back to school.

There are sales going on all the time, late summer has some great clearance sales on summer items, also check out a Sunday newspaper whereyou are , since there will be alot of sale ads in it for different places/
