When does your period come?

Once it becomes regular, does your period come a month after the current one starts, or a month after the current one finishes?

Plz help.

  1. 27 to 30 days give or take a few from the day the current one starts.


  2. Count the first day of your period as Day 1 - mark your calendar.  The next time you start your period, mark that as Day 1 - count the number of days between Day 1 and the next Day 1, that will tell you how long your cycle is 21 days 28, 30 or 35

  3. If you are on a 28 day cycle, there are 3 weeks between periods.  So if you have your period Monday, the next 3 Mondays you won't have a period and then the 4th Monday you would have a period.
