When dog food is new and improved tasting, who tests it? ?

That's just a marketing gimmick, maybe this new bag has a different artificial flavoring agent, or they added more sugar, or they actually added more meat.

I sometimes mix in lower quality food with the good food I give my fosters that refuse to eat. One day I got a slip of paper out of the bag that said "now with real chicken". Apparently they had just been adding the chicken "flavor" to corn or clay before then and calling it chicken.

People, i'm not joking. Saw it in a magazine, there's people that taste it for a living. They get paid LOADS! Well they would. Gross though , ew!

Obviously dogs do too though..

The 100 dogs that sit an the kennel they have at every dog making facility. I guess the people there are able to ask the dogs the same question and get answers. Maybe they judge it by the gusto shown by the dogs while they consume that new food, although I am sure if you did not feed for a couple of days....
