Should I do so many that my legs feel the soreness, or do enough to where I can just get a good heart pumping blood flow and leave it at that? It seems to me, it's very hard to get my legs even close to feeling sore if I were to do that. However, I'm wondering just because they can't get sore easily doesn't mean I should take my body to the level. What do you think on this? I'm trying to get my vertical jump higher for late fall or either by next summer. Dunking. I need to lose weight at the same time. I'm 5'9 and 200 pounds of fat and muscle mixed. It's hard to lose the fat without losing the muscle too. I don't want to do too much cardio.

  1. I was told to go 100% on every jump exercise because if you dont then you dont get the full benefit out of it.
