When downloading on bitcomet i get a yellow light on my port?

Question

It tells me that my port is not all the way open, witch slows down my downloading. I need to check my firewall and NAT router. I have check my firewall and all boxes are checked for BitComet. So, how do i go about finding my NAT configurations.
