When driving do you turn down your music to look at an accident or find an address??

my fiance did this the other day while ordering something from wendy's and the music wasnt even on! it was so funny...

  2. Turning down the music when performing a visual search does indeed help you find what you are looking for more efficiently. The human brain can only focus on a couple of tasks effectively at any one time, and removing the processing of audio signals from your brain's 'to do list' helps you concentrate on finding a street, deciding what to order, etc.

  3. HA! Great question & story. Its true...subconsciously & automatically, our brain makes our body react to provide an efficient and better enviornment to find and do what we need to. COOL huh?

  4. Nope..............I dont listen to the radio while driving and as for accident I do take a quick look and if necessary I will stop to help..
