When you move off in the car and have to very slowly take your foot off the clutch, do you drag your heel along the floor or pull your foot back whilst raised in the air slightly?

  1. Pivot on the rear of your heel, so you do neither of them.

  2. Whatever works for you. I keep my heel on the floor and raise the top of my foot. I used to do it the other way, but found I got cramp. :)

    xx

  3. my instructor told me to keep my foot raised

  4. i find it easier to raise it slightly as i get foot cramps if i keep it down, every1 to their own i think?!

  5. pull your foot back whilst raised in the air slightly?

thats what i do anyway lol and it works for me =] which evers better and comfortable for you!

  6. it all depends on your own style and possibly the size of your feet i always have my heel in the same place and pivot on that
