When eating a Polish sausage, should the sausage be longer than the bun or the same size as the bun?

I have polish sausage on my menu...I use a larger bun because mine are served with grilled green peppers , onions& sauce made of  sour cream,horse radish and Dijon ...  and I like to load them on....

I am not aware of hot dog and and sausage ettiquette.  Most just want to dig in.  The only sin to be committed with that kind of food is to not have saurkraut and beer.

I don't there are any hard and fast rules about this.  I prefer it to be the same size.

lol what? i was born in poland and youre talking about kielbasa right? haha i neverrr imagined putting it in a bun...i usually eat it with some sliced bread and spicy brown mustard on the side..ill have to try that one day sounds like a mega good hot dog. but anyways id say same size.
