When ever I hit the backspace button in Microsoft word 2007 the save as screen appears?

The save as screen appears and will keep showing up until I either save the project, delete the name and hit cancel, or type in a new name for the project and hit cancel. I already ran the microsoft diagnostic check with no results. Any ideas why this is happening?

This is probably due to quickkeys or filterkeys as I think they're called. Go to your control panel and click accessibility options.Whle on the keyboard tab make sure none of the 3 choices available are checked.If this happens on more than just your MWord then this should fix the problem. If not you will have to find a way to get ito the options, default keys, and quickkeys for your Microsoft word and fix the option for deleting.

Does your problem also occur when pressing the "delete" button and the "Del" button on the numpad?
