When ever i tune my guitar the d string using an electronic tuner I tighten it then it makes a noise and goes?

back loose then i do it again tighten it to make it in tune then it goes loose again, so it doesnt get in tune what shall i do?

Take it to a professional guitar repair person and let them look at it to see why it keeps slipping.  It might be something simple, like you don't have the string properly wound on the tuning peg so it keeps slipping loose, or it could be something wrong with the peg itself and the tuning machine might need to be replaced.
