When ever someone calls me my phone says verizon wireless, HOW DO YOU TURN THAT OFF?

when ever someone calls me my phone says verizon wireless, i cant figure out how to turn it off!

please help! :]

you cant turn it off because all phones do that for a reason. Or do you mean it actually says "verizon wireless" if thats the case do this:

Settings and tools

Sound settings

Service alerts

Call connect

thats the only thing i can think of on how to do it..
