When every tv changes to digital in feb 2009 does that mean the pictures will get better?

Like now when people use antennas for tv every channel does come in great and you have to mess with the antenna to get a clear picture. So in feb 2009 when you get that converter box does that mean the picture will get clear just like cable or satellite tv?? So you dont have to keep adjusting the antenna to get a good picture?

  1. for the most part, yes, but if you're at the outer range of being able to pick up a signal with your antenna it can cut out.  It does that pixel thing where you see parts of the picture, same thing with the audio.  But you'll never have a fuzzy picture.
