[We're Juniors in HS] My (ex) and I broke up a little over 3 weeks ago. We have not talked since then. I gave him a letter a day after the break up. He never responded. Ever since then, I got the hint. I have been ignoring him too. Deleted him off myspace. Totally cut off from talking to him. Today was the first day of school, and we have a same class. It was very awkward. Do guys ever want the girl back after she has been ignoring him too? Will he ever miss her, think of her, or wonder what she is up to?

  1. hes def thinking of you! you don't date someone then never think of them again. hes prob thinking of you as much as your thinking of him haha. but yeah its going to be weird for the first time you see/talk to him since the breakup. but i bet it will get better within time. hope this helped.

  2. i guess its just awkward. its over. so that's what it means over. leave him alone it makes u look desperate. don't think about him and move on

  3. that's a good lesson in treating people like S***e (ignoring them) some day you may have to face them.

  4. Hes probably not bothered either way darlin! Thats how men work. They dont show attachment like us women! sorry x

  5. Well, it kinda depends on who broke up with who, whether or not it was mutual, etc., etc. Three weeks isn't much time, really, especially if you had been dating for more than six months prior to that.  If you broke up with him, he's probably still hurt and confused, and just trying to protect himself.  If he broke up with you, then he's probably afraid that anything he says to you will be taken as encouragement.

Assume it's over, and move on.  Talk to other guys, but don't be afraid to to talk to him, too.  It's hard to be friends if you aren't speaking :-)

Of course he's wondering about you, and what you're up to, just like you are with him.  You can't be close to someone for months and then just not care.  But, if the relationship is over in his mind, then he probably isn't anxious to start it up.  Again, we don't know what brought on the break-up, so it's a little hard to judge.
