What a perfect system. I loan money, you pay me, you default the Government pays me. I win twice. Should we tax the windfall profits of Big Banking?

Haha, you know I really can't answer your question, but I think God for home foreclosures! This is the only way i have bought a house, and I LOVE it! I love flipping homes, making them my own, but couldn't afford it if I bought from an owner.
