When exactly is cow appreciation day???

I'm trying to find out when is cow appreciation day but is says in one site that its on july 11, and the other one is says july 15. WHEN IS IT??

the 2nd friday of july.

so last year it was the 13th, but this year it was the 11th. for 2009, it will be the 10th.
