I just bought a tub of GNC MASS x*x, the tub sais to "mix 1 heaping scoop (195g) with 16 ounces of cold water or milk"... this amounts to 1 serving out of 2.. but I'm not sure if I should take them before and after my workouts.. and the days that I'm not working out, when should I take it through out the day?? the tub does not explaing when to consume, such as many other weight gainers do. any help would be appreciated..thanks
