  1. ******THAT MAKES ME SAD******

  2. When you fly into Frankfurt, you will get your bags and then go to the USO kiosk. There will be a soldier manning the desk and he will get some info and then you will wait for a bus that will take you to Hanau. You will stay there for a bit doing the initial paperwork and pinpointing you hubby's assignment. Even if you have pinpoint orders already, it could change. Sometimes you will stay there a couple of hours or you may have to stay a night or 2. Once that is done, back onto the bus and off to your location. Once you get to where you will be stationed, more inprocessing and someone from the unit will come get you. You cannot drive in Germany until you take the driving class and get your license.

**The 64th replacement Battalion is no longer there at the airfield..it closed down (Rheinmein AFB). Replacement is now at Hanau.**

  3. There will be a military sponsor there at the airport. They might just be a representative, but if nobody is there he can call the unit's CQ and have someone come get you from the airport. They will take you to the base for in processing.
