When getting reimbursed for a dity, do they do it all in one lump sum or do they pay some now & some later?

We just completed a dity.. We anticipated making a good chunk of of change. My husband got an email stating they were depositing alot less than expected. Do they pay some now and some later?

by dity i assume you are talking about an military move if so you should have got it all in one lump sum!!!
