I was just wondering if in Pennsylvania when getting your car inspected do they phone your insurance company to make sure you have insurance on the vehicle or do they just look at your insurance card.

  1. I could not completely make certain that my answer is the ideal one for you,it should be useful though, check out here.http://car-insurance.online-tips.info/ca...

  2. They don't look nor call, they don't have to.  This information has been on line in PA since 1997.  If your current insurance bill isn't paid, your file will be flagged and they can revoke your drivers license.

A site I've recommended in the past would be...

    http://www.surveyland.org/jump.php?link=...

    Hope that helps.

  3. For automobile insurance the most efficient way to get a very good rate is do a rate comparison on car policies. Make sure that you choose similar policies with the same deductibles, car make, location, etc so that all things are a good comparison.

What I always recommend is an internet comparison quote at http://www.lowratetoday.com since they have big name insurers and will give many quotes on car insurance polices.

  4. I suggest you locate a local auto insurance agent to help. Since I live in Arizona I can't suggest an agent in Pennsylvania, but here is an website that can help you. http://www.easyautoinsuranceguide.com/Pe...

    Good Luck!

  5. Here in Texas they just look at the paper,  if it matches the vehicle, good to go.
