Of course.  Ever go shopping with a girlfriend?  A few minutes seeing girls looking at themselves in the mirror when they're deciding what new clothes to buy will show you that every inch of what shows and what doesn't is at least anticipated, if not calculated.

I once did lingerie test-photos for seven different models in one day.  I didn't want to see another cleavage or pudenda for a month, or the looks that went with them.  Then again, like The Doors said, "Women seem wicked, when you're unwanted...".   It's really just nature, and there's nothing wrong with it, except the part where girls show off and then act offended if you notice.
