It's your soul/spirit that submits to his authority. You have no choice. You can love him. You can hate him. Satan hates him but he still has to answer to God. You will acknowledge him as God. You can hate him forever if you want to but being subject to his choices is something no one can avoid. Some people want to do his will because God is Love : love is patient, kind, not self seeking or proud. Get it. If people did good it would be a good world and not a world like it is that has to be replaced by a new one...that starts with his return .
