When going on pointe how short should you cut you toe nails?

I on pointe and I say don't cut your toe nails right before class and cut them round I was born with ingrown toe nails and that works best for me and cut them so there is barely any white part left  and never paint your toe nails it makes my toes infected when I paint mine so no toe nail painting best of luck=^..^=

just so there is no white part. the usual. OH, and cut them the night before the day that you have class. From experience, having your nails cut right before pointework KILLS

dont cut them to short or u'll get ingrown toenails which ewwey! lol But cut short and if u want shorter file them down

Just keep them reasonabley short like not majorly long so they jab into you.

cut it not rounded, but squared and a little above the edge of your skin, so you don't get in-grown toenails.
