When going shopping what is the cut off at how much you will pay for...?

a single outfit, like clothes? and shirts and stuff?

example ( this is my cut off limit) :

tank top = no more than 10 dollars for me

jeans = no more than 40 dollars for me

t shirt= may vary depending on if i like but nothing crazy priced

i'm just curious

It all depends on the quality (not brand). I try to shop as little as possible since I'm trying to avoid the materialism and consumerism that's suffocating people and the world today. I want quality clothes that will hold for many years and I want them clothes to be as eco friendly as they can possibly be. That way I don't mind paying 100€ for some clothes since I know I'll be wearing them for a long time. If the clothes are of poor quality I don't buy them, if I have to buy them I'm not willing to spend more than 2€.
